- teenindustry Added August 30, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆staff to incompetent to actually leave a calling card so hours of detective work with vendor were required to get a tracking number. As i could not just call the individual office i used the call centre and was cut off by a staff member who was supposed to place me on hold. i am intructed to go to the office without the card and attempt to beg for the parcel. This itself is exceedingly difficult as they are open until lunch time. Rank incompetence all the way!
